JEREMY ROSADO ELIMINATED ON “AMERICAN IDOL”

Finalist Jeremy Rosado was eliminated last night on American Idol. Rosado received the fewest votes among the boys and Elise Testone received the fewest votes among the girls. It as then up to the judges to send someone home and they decide \d that person was Rosado.

On Wednesday’s performance show, the guys sang songs by Stevie Wonder and the women paid tribute to Whitney Houston. On the results show, this week’s mentor, Mary J. Blige, sang her latest hit “Why” and Season 10 runner-up Lauren Alaina performed her hit “Georgia Peaches.”

Next week, the Top 12 – DeAndre Brackensick, Hollie Cavanagh, Colton Dixon, Heejun Han, Jermaine Jones, Skylar Laine, Joshua Ledet, Shannon Magrane, Phillip Phillips, Jessica Sanchez, Elise Testone and Erika Van Pelt – will perform on Wednesday.

On Thursday, one person will be sent home. In addition, IDOL alum Daughtry will return to perform “Outta My Head.”
