It was another week on the skids for The View on ABC as the ratings for The Chew and The Revolution continue to bring down all of ABC daytime.
The View had 3.1 million viewers during the week of June 11th, 11% fewer than a year ago, but a slight rise from the previous week's 2.82 million.
The Talk on CBS, however, continued to pick up steam. It had 2.26 million viewers, just about even with 2.29 million during the week of June 4th, but a 14% rise from last year at this time.
The View is losing a lot among its key demographic of women 25.54; it's down 14% over the past year. With women 18-49, it's down 10%.
The Chew drew 2.13 million viewers during the week in question, up a tad from the previous week's 2.08 million, but down 8% from last year when All My Children had its time slot. Since last year, The Chew has brought ABC's audience down 19% in both women 18-49 and 25-54. Surprisingly, it's up 2% with women 18-34.
The
Revolution, which is canceled of course, averaged 1.36 million viewers, which is a dismal 46% drop from last year's time slot occupant One Live to Live which was bringing in 2.5 million viewers. What a shame!
