Good TV Choices for Easter Sunday Night

It may be Easter Sunday, which usually means a bunch of repeats, but there is some new TV tonight.

CBS has the Amazing Race, the conclusion of which is drawing near, though that’s followed by a rerun of the Good Wife and a fresh CSI: Miami, thought it's well past its prime.

On NBC, there’s a new Harry’s Law followed by the two-hour Celebrity Apprentice.

Fox has all repeats.

ABC, in a departure from the usual Easter airing of the Ten Commandments, is presenting a rerun of Once Upon a Time, followed by two new installments of GCB.  No Desperate Housewives tonight.

On cable, there’s a new Mad Men at 10 on AMC.

Bravo has a fresh episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta at 9.

Showtime has season premieres of Nurse Jackie, The Big C and The Borgias.

Also of note is a special AC360 with Anderson Cooper entitled Kids on Race – The Hidden Picture.

Lifetime has a new Army Wives at 9, in case anyone watches that.

Finally, the National Geographic Channel (NGC) will present Titanic: The Final Word with James Cameron, a two-hour documentary with leading experts who, according to TV Guide, talk about the lingering mysteries of how and why the “unskinkable” ship sank, including revelations from newly developed technology. That starts at 8.
