It's down to the top four on American Idol – Hollie Cavanagh, Joshua Ledet,
Phillip Phillips and Jessica Sanchez. Skylar Laine was the contestant with the fewest votes and was
eliminated from the competition.
With only three performance shows left in the season, the competition is getting hot. Next week, on Wednesday, the finalists will sing on a
“California Dreamin’”– themed performance show.
On the results show on Thursday, the show will present hometown visits where the contestant see family, friends and fans. In addition, Jennifer Lopez, will perform
her new song “Dance Again.” Season Seven Idol winner David
Cook will also return to perform “The Last Song I’ll
Write For You.”
